Carib Reign was conceptualized by former Miss Holetown and Miss Barbados Dannyele Teneel Leslie. Her love for pageantry and fashion catapulted her pride for her country and innate passion for regionalism, the beauty of the Caribbean and resilience of its people. Hence, Carib Reign was born. Carib, short for Caribbean and Reign, a play on her years in pageantry and the dynamism for which the Caribbean is known.
